Smokable hemp flower (“CBD bud”) is not legal in Ireland, and HHC became a controlled drug on 29 July 2025. If you see either for sale in Kerry, avoid it.

Higher strengths are not “stronger” in effect, only more concentrated, so you need fewer drops and the price per milligram is often lower. Full spectrum extracts keep a wide range of hemp compounds, broad spectrum extracts have THC removed, and isolates are CBD on its own. Whichever you choose, the lab report matters more than the label term: check that THC is not detected and that the CBD content matches the bottle. Follow the recommended daily serving on the label and do not exceed it.
